FAQs

What should students wear to winter concert?

For our winter concert, all students are encouraged to dress up!  Think nice pants and a button down shirtsweater or Christmas dress.

What should students bring?

Please bring your sheet music and your instrument(s) to both the Friday rehearsal and our Saturday performance.

Do students need a ticket?
Students that are performing do not need a ticket. There is a $10 registration fee that covers their admission and performance materials.

What about Friday night?
Typically, Friday night is for setting up and for our students involved in group pieces to rehearse. If your student(s) is not in a group piece but would still like to sit in on Friday evening group rehearsal, please message us.

Do we get t-shirts?
Since we tend to dress fancier for winter concert, we do not print shirts like we do for spring recital. We may however, have a small quantity of limited edition winter concert shirts available for purchase on the day of the concert. Our next batch of custom t-shirts will be designed and ready to go for spring recital! ?

We've ordered tickets. When do we pick them up?
Once you've purchased your tickets, you're good to go. Tickets will be available for pick up at the music studio a few weeks before our recital date. Make sure to ask at lessons.

Can I attend even if my student is not participating?

Yes! We'd love that (and they will too). As long as you purchase tickets in time, you're welcome to attend.
